Repins provider-status to 4314852 (v1.4.4).

• The Providers dialog gets a minimum body height (26rem), enough for 3-4 provider rows, so the dialog no longer renders as a short strip when there are no or few providers.
• While the add-provider dropdown is open, the dialog body's overflow clip is lifted (restored on close), so the list drops fully below the dialog instead of being clipped inside it.
